At Budgetpetworld.com, we offer free shipping on all pet products irrespective of the order value.
In order to provide you with the best deals at no extra shipping cost, we do request you to make allowances for our shipping time. We offer tracked shipping at the additional cost of $6.99!
How long is the shipping time?
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours except when the order is placed on a holiday.
Why so long?
All orders are shipped from our international facility. Packages can, at times, also be subjected to delays at customs. So even though we ship the orders as soon as we receive them, it still takes 12-17 days for delivery.
Do you offer Expedited Delivery?
At this time we offer only standard delivery on all orders. We advise all our customers to place their orders at least 17 business days in advance to ensure that they receive their order in time for the treatment.
We also offer Auto Reorder option to help customers plan their future deliveries.
Guaranteed Delivery:
We offer guaranteed delivery or Moneyback. If an order has not been delivered 28 business days after the shipped date, it will be considered as possibly lost. In such cases, you can request a reship or refund.
However, you will not be eligible for a reship or a refund in case of wrong or incomplete address provided. Furthermore, we will not be able to issue a refund or reship if the shipping company provides us the delivery proof. Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.
We do advise customers that at certain times of the year, like the holiday season or extreme weather conditions, shipping times may be longer than usual.
In case, the original shipment arrives after we have reshipped your order or refunded for the same, we request you to return the package within one or two days. You will be billed for the order amount in failure of returning the product.

Suppose you’d like to return the package, please contact us within 5 working days of the order received and we will support you with return procedure or if you would like to retain the package, we will bill what is refunded.
Please note that in case of incorrect address, we would not be able to refund or reship the order.
Cancellation Policy:
In case you need to cancel any order, please email us support@BudgetPetWorld.com or call us 1-800-214-4505. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order.
If for any reason you are unable to cancel your order then please contact the customer service center.

We have a hassle free return policy. We gladly offer returns on any product which is not what you ordered. Or, you ordered a wrong product and would like to exchange it.
We accept returns of all UNOPENED products.
Refunds:
We offer 100% customer satisfaction and Money Back guarantee. We will issue a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or received a product which is not what you ordered.
Our refund policy is simple and easy. Provide your order ID to return the product and our customer care executive will provide you "Return Authorization Number" (RTN) and our return address. Upon receipt of the return product we will process the refund. The refund will appear on your credit card within 3-5 business days of processing.
Please consider that we will not accept returns or refunds if:
- You provided wrong or incomplete address
- You have changed your mind
- Your item packaging is different than the product we send
- Any other reason other than those listed under our return policy
