Bravecto 1-Month is a convenient, safe and effective oral flea and tick treatment for puppies and dogs. It kills adult fleas and treats and controls flea and tick infestations. Formulated in a tasty flavored chewable tablet using the powerful active ingredient; fluralaner, it is simple to administer, even to the pickiest eaters. One single-chew offers an entire month of parasite protection for dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older and weighing 4.4 pounds or greater.
Flea and Tick Protection
Bravecto 1-Month is an oral flea and tick treatment formulated with the active ingredient fluralaner in an easy-to-administer chewable tablet. The tasty chewable tablet kills adult fleas and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis) and the treatment and control of tick infestations, including black-legged tick (Ixodes scapulari, American dog tick (Dermacentor variabilis), and brown dog tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineus) for a full one month in dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older.
Lone Star Tick Protection
Bravecto 1-Month (fluralaner) Single Chew is also effective for the treatment and control of lone star tick (Amblyomma americanum) infestations for one month in dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older and weighing 4.4 pounds or greater.
How Bravecto 1-Month Chew works?
Bravecto 1-Month chewable tablet contains fluralaner – a systemic insecticide and acaricide. It belongs to class of isoxazoline-substituted benzamide derivates. Once administered, it inhibits the insects’ nervous system and acts as an ectoparasiticide meaning that it kills parasites on or in the skin or fur of animals, such as fleas and ticks.
- Bravecto 1-Month should be administered orally as a single dose monthly.
- Please choose an appropriate pack size according to your dog’s weight.
- Simply administer the chew at or around mealtime (recommended to be given with food).
- Treatment can be started at any time of the year and can continue year-round without interruption.
