Mediworm Plus for Dogs 22 lbs (10 kg)

• Administer the tablet directly into the mouth or give with meat.

• 0.5 to 5 kg (11 lbs) = 1/2 tab
• 5 to 10 kg (22 lbs) = 1 tab
• 11 to 20 kg (44 lbs) = 2 tabs
• 21 to 30 kg (66 lbs) = 3 tabs
• 31 to 40 kg (88 lbs) = 4 tabs
• 41 to 50 kg (110 lbs) = 5 tabs
