Interceptor Plus (Interceptor Spectrum) Chew Green is a tasty chicken-flavored broad-spectrum treatment for dogs that provides protection against five most common types of worms. It is recommended for use in puppies and dogs 6 weeks of age or older, weighing between 8.1-25 lbs. Interceptor Plus for 8.1-25 lbs Dogs prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis. This chewable formula also treats and controls gastrointestinal worms including adult roundworm, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm infections.

Interceptor Plus Chewable for 8.1-25 lbs Dogs contains milbemycin oxime (5.75 mg) and praziquantel (57 mg). It provides protection against heartworms and intestinal worms including roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms for one month.
- Test your dog for existing heartworm infection prior to starting treatment with Interceptor Plus. Consult a vet for the course of treatment if your dog is heartworm positive.
- Interceptor Plus should be administered once every month orally in a manner that encourages chewing. Alternatively, you can add it to a small quantity of dog food.
